GEE’s Day-of Coordination Package is perfect for clients who have decided already on their event vision and need assistance with the onsite execution. Leading up to your celebration, our team will handle fielding all questions from vendors, sensitivities regarding logistics, and last minute decisions that are bound to arise. We’re here to help you plan the road map to happiness.

  • Early Venue Introduction – We’ll formally introduce ourselves at your venue 45 days prior to your celebration, building a strong working relationship from the start.

  • Theme & Design Execution – We’ll bring your discussed event theme and design ideas to life exactly as envisioned, with careful attention to every beautiful detail through thoughtful conference calls and email exchange, as needed.

  • Detailed Floor Plans, Seating Charts, and Day-of Timeline – We’ll create comprehensive, customized timelines, floor plans, and seating charts tailored to your unique celebration, so everything flows smoothly from start to finish.

  • Ceremony & Rehearsal Dinner Coordination – We’ll organize and guide your Ceremony Rehearsal, helping everyone feel confident and prepared for the big day. (Recommended prior to the start of the Rehearsal Dinner.) Upon completion, we’ll help get everyone situated across the opening hour of the Rehearsal Dinner.

  • Hands-On Support Throughout the Wedding Day – Our team will be right there with you, providing assistance as needed with event and ceremony setup, signing of the marriage license, guest needs, hair and makeup touch-ups, last-minute relocations, shuttle announcements, cleanup, and anything else that arises. Rest easy. We have you. 

  • Vendor Payments & Gratuities – We’ll professionally manage all final tips and payments to your vendors upon completion of the celebration, so you can remain focused on time with family and friends. 

  • Personal Items & Gifts Delivery – At the end of your celebration, we’ll carefully deliver all personal items and gifts to your designated location, ensuring nothing is left behind.

  • Of course! In fact, we recommend keeping all coordination efforts under one roof, so that logistics can be as controlled as possible.

  • Our primary locations are Newport, RI, Greater New York City Area, and Philadelphia. We do invite clients hosting destination events to inquire about our availability; however, we are selective about the work we choose to take on outside of the Northeast.
